Wah piangz, I really think my biz law tutor is SUPER bias (as far as 20% participation marks are concerned.. mind u, it's alot....).
It's quite AMAZING that ppl who DON'T TALK for the past 12 weeks (And seriously I really don't remember hearing these ppl's voice) get A or A+ for class participation. And then ppl who contribute significant answers regularly get like 'A-' or 'B+"...
Owellz, nth is fair lar, project also can have ppl pay money for others to do.. What's new?
But I really super buey song how ppl can juz talk RUBBISH and still consider as contributing "signicantly" to class participation. That's really pure bullshit.
And today marks the end of my LAST lesson in NTU for this sem, ogosh.. Time to mug.

Super cui...
I realised that I have skipped a total of 3 biz law and 3 accounting lectures for this sem and I know I really shouldn't be doing that anymore. But on the other hand, I realised that it really makes NO DIFF whether I go biz law lect anotz, cuz the lecturer is really... *no comments*.. in case kana SUED for "defamation" as I learnt in Biz Law recently... And I realised my CLASS PARTICIPATION for my accounting and biz law tutorials are SIMPLY CUI TO THE MAX. Like the LOWEST u can ever get. Although the good thing is the grade now is only "temporary" and I still got chance to talk cock in class to earn class particupation...Anyway, I guess subsequently I will be talking nonsense in tut class in order to make-up for the fact that I never really talk at all for all the tut classess so far.
Kaoz, the problem with a SMALL tutorial class is that you are expected to "contribute" more in class discussion.. But that doesn't really matter in a Seminar-style like FM or IT because firstly u have no chance to talk and secondly, SO MANY ppl, u wan talk also very difficult. HAIZ HAIZ HAIZ, and I realised I have TUTORIALs before recess week that's still NOT YET DONE.. Kaoz, I really think this sem if I can get reasonable "B" for all my modules will be quite ABOVE EXPECTATION already....

Didn't blog for such a looooooooooong time. And not only that. I think I didn't use much of MSN nowadays, with the exception to come online to QUARREL with projectmates. Haiz, seriously, I think what really TAKES UP most of my time is not doing tutorial or studying for quiz. It's doing STUPID PROJECTS! And to add on, I realised that my class guys, MOST of them r usually very punctual for project meetings. Girls on the other hand is like................
Last Sat I told my FM group to meet 8am at SMU admin building, cuz it's convenient for everyone. So at 8am, only the other guy and I are present. Fine, then I called the other 2 girls, one is "on the way", the other NEVER even bother picking up my call after like 3 calls. So the first girl was pretty EARLY, reaching at 830am, which was considered NOT BAD already. I can't be bothered by the other gal, and then at abt 9am, this gal SMSed to say "Sorry, I have some family matters to attend to, I'll reach ABIT late". And in the end she reached at 10am, and when she came down, she looked as if nth has happened. What a blardy bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not that I have any thing AGAINST this person. but I observed from week1 till NOW, for every SINGLE lesson, she will always come 5 to 15 minutes LATE for class, regardless what modules it is. It's so obvious until EVERYONE in my class knows she's FOREVER late... But being 2 hours late is really abit @#$%^&*. Sometimes I really curse that during the up-coming final exams, she will just be 30 minutes late...
And today's meeting(for another module) is QUITE bad also, but NOT AS BAD as that previous group. Supposed to meet 9am, I'm the first to reach. Then subsequently the other 3 person came 15 min late at 9.15am. Then left our GROUP LEADER, but nvm, maybe she's busy or what. We just started w/o her since most r already present. Then suddenly at 945am, she called me to say "OMG! Real sorry! I overslept~! Paisehz, I'll reach asap" (Luckily she stays in hall) But still, by the time she reached it's already 1030am.
So the morale of the story is: "It's definitely 100000000000000 times more efficient to do projects with guys than gals becuase the gals will think that being 30 min to 2 hrs late is NORMAL and as if the whole group is obliged to wait for her"
So farked up. I feel like playing a prank on the gal and say the next meeting is at 8am, then I will wake up from my home at 8am....... -_-'''

So just now I just came back from the Summer Festival event at Changi Japanese School. Overall it was quite fun, but the rain was a total turned off arz. Initally it should have been in the open space, but due to the rain, everything was shifted indoor and yalorz, abit squeezy.
As I have a friend who's currently in NTU 4th year EEE programme, he introduced to me about 5 of the Japanese exchange programme students who also just reached Singapore only. Ogosh, I nv know that Japanese students will really come Singapore for exchange programme arz, I mean if like those kind 10 days still okay, but from what I found out from them, they will be studying in NTU for one sem (1/2 year) and some will be studying 1 full year for 2 sem till next year May.
So obviously I got very exicted that perhaps I can do abit of net-working and to find some native Japanese to practise my horrendous Japanese-speaking. But aiyaz, I think all of them are currently attached as year3 or year4 Economics programme in NTU.. BUT NVM, cuz I think NBS is just NEXT to NTU Humanities block, so very near also. A few of them stay in NTU hostel, but most of them are actually renting HDB units to stay in.. Always thought that exchange students will be like 100% stay in hall.. Owellz, nvm.
Then they told me they LOVE Singapore until they don't want to go back Japan, even though only came here like 1 month ago only... Lolx, quite shocking arz. Then they say Japan not good lar, say Singapore very good, say Singaporeans are very NICE people, say Singapore environment very good...blah blah, as if Singapore is SO WONDERFUL that they don even wan to go back. Most of them in fact say if possible, they will hope to come back Singapore for some sort of exchange programme again. Say until like they so fun and excited to come here.
As I heard that, I felt I was like an extreme opposite of them. How I wish I can get the hell out here and go Japan to study arz. But obviously I nv say that lar. But okay lar, cuz technically speaking, they are as new as me to NTU, so nth much we can talk about also.. Just say exchange MSN and contact next time can meet up for lunch in sch. Ogosh, the mere mention of all these things make me feel so excited lar!
Now back to school stuff. Haiz, school is really an ultimate SIANZNESS, especially with projects and soon-to-come presentations to be done. Although I'm only 4 days work week, but majiam I got no time to study at all, WASTING alot of time meeting up people in sch to do projects, and go home must do projects, and watever shit projects that's never-ending. Luckily I can clique well with some of my class guys, if not it will be even more sianz to go sch arz.
Talking about CCA, it's really another shit thing lar. The process of joining CCA simply pissed me off, and now I also donno what CCA should I commit myself to.. I gave myself either Japanese club or Invesntment club or welfare club. Really a pain in the ass to even choose a CCA that you want to commit into. Not that u don wan to join, but is either due to stupid reasons like LIMITED vacancies or like join as normal member, which I feel might as well dont join, since those seniors LOVE to use underhand methods to re-elect previous comm ppl to be the main comm again. Haiz, watever lar, I also donno what to do arz. Take one step at a time.

9th Aug marks a very important day.大切な日。
被爆地・長崎は9日、63回目の原爆の日を迎えた。爆心地近くの平和公園(長崎市松山町)で、長崎原爆犠牲者慰霊平和祈念式典があった。
Thousands of people offered a minute's silence at 11:02 am (0202 GMT), the exact moment the city was hit by the world's second and last nuclear attack on August 9, 1945, killing more than 70,000 people.
Although it's 63 years ago, may the citizens of Hiroshima not get too affected by it, e.g Radiation that cause cancer.
On a side note... So far Japan has ONE bronze medal (I think is a woman Judo event..) No Gold or Silver medals yet... Haiz, nvm, it's only 2nd days..

Today I went back to TPJC to gave my Bio teacher Miss Sha that "Campbell and Reece" book which is such a waste if I throw it away, and also won't earn much if I sell it, so might as well donate back. Then I saw "MR IVAN SIM", my classmate of 4 yrs since sec3 to JC2. Ogosh, really "unbelivable" that he's teaching Bio.. But I also quite respect him cause the A-level Syllabus now is like totally different from ours, which obviously mine is the easier one. They are learning all the what genetics and watever DNA stuff, which I can never understand. Anyway, that will mean HE HAS TO READ UP ALL THESE NEW STUFF SO HE WILL BE ABLE TO TEACH. Wah seh, if it's me I think die already. Want throw smoke bomb also donno how to teach.
So Mr Ivan Sim has 2 tutorial classes today, each is 1hr, and he's going through the Mid-yr exam which was just last week. I decided to JOIN in the class to see how on earth he teach Bio. Anyway, it's like imagine I'm sitting behind with the JC1 students, and then looking at Mr Sim going thru the papers. Lolx, but b4 that, I lied to the student that I'm actually a "surveyor sent by MOE to observe how relief teachers conduct lessons, so I can give feedback to higher HQ" And unbelievably, the students are so naive to belive me. -_-''''' Owellz, then I ask Ivan's students how they find his tutorial lessons, and seems like he's quite well-liked among them, and most of them enjoy his lessons also. But then horz, I think Ivan teach Bio using "broken english", and occasional vulgarities can be heard coming out from his mouth (As expected). But I really feel VERY SIANZ during his lesson, because he was going thru the mid-yr papers, and obviously I DON'T UNDERSTAND what he's teaching. Yaz, 4get everything liaoz.
And only managed to talk to Miss Sha and Mr Chow (Maths teacher). Haiz, so sad that my chem tutor Mdm Neo was on MC, then phy tutor also MIA donno go where, so didn't managed to find them. And I wanted to find my GP tutor to "THANK" her "wonderful" GP lesosns, but also didn't find her. Owellz, nvm.
On a sidenote, I was totally shocked when Ivan told me he's going NTU Accountancy too, where I think all the sec sch/JC ppl all along thought he's in Destistry/Electrical Engin. -_-'''' But he applied this yr only, 3 months ago, so tt's y not many ppl know that he's doing Accountancy, with most ppl thinking that he's still sticking to his previous option (EEE). AND THAT WILL MEAN HE MAY BE MY CLASSMATES WHEN SCHOOL STARTS. But then also donno if we will belong to the same group, then also very hard if we can be in the same class... Owellz, nvm, at least I will be seeing him and Darrell quite often in NBS block.. And both of us were like complaining what a waste of time during JC days to be taking 3 sciences, when it's totally irrelevant to Accounting. Owellz, nvm.. I believe there's many ppl like us who take "irrelevant" subjects during JC days too, so we are not alone. -_-'''

My work ended yesterday, thank goodness, although I did feel abit sad to leave StarHub as I think the colleagues there are nice. Some of them gave me "farewell" presents; book, pen, chocolates and cookies. It's so nice of them, it's like even though I'm just a temp and they could have chosen not to bother abt me, but still treat me with respect, and on some occasions treat me to meals/coffee and stuff like tt. Then they told me next time when I am free, I can go back Cuppage there and have a meal with them or stuff like tt. So friendly of them... Owellz, perhaps during sch holidays next yr I will consider going back there again..
So now I have one month of "break", but I guess I will REALLY want to concentrate on studying Japanese lar... I'm still too cui... And tuition for my students still goes on.. I will want to go for swimming sessions to shed off the excess fats that I have accumulated. A day-trip to JB will be nice for some cheap shopping (Yaz, call me a cheapo or whatever, I don't care.) Then I also donno what I'll be doing next. Perhaps wasting my time away.. But see first lar, take one step at a time.
I think my patience has indeed wear thin whenever the issue of "Punctuality among Singaporeans" turns up. (Okay, the reason I talk abt this is becuz the temp gal who takes over me doesn't seem to be punctual, and tt irks me) For the past 4 months I work in StarHub, there was NEVER a day I turn up late for work. In fact, I'll come like 15 minutes earlier for work most of the time. But I noticed ppl around me, whether perm staff or temp staff, 99% don't seem to adhere to the timing. They come when they please, late for 15 min or 30 min, it's perfectly fine. Then this will link me to the fact when I go out with friends, yes, Singaporean friends who as usual, are always late. Then I realised when I'm "late", it's because I really deliberately be LATE, that I don't value that "meeting with friends".
I'm not trying to reprimand my Singaporean friends, but as I talk about this with some of my Japanese friends, we realised that Singaporeans can't survive in Japan well when punctuality comes into play. Whether is it for work, or juz a casual meeting with friends, Japanese will 99.99% be punctual, or in fact be early (Maybe it's the Japanese culture). And seriously, when someone is late, the person will REALLY feel guilty abt it perhaps becuz it's really due to emergency or whatz, and feels apologetic towards it. But Singaporeans on the other hand, just feel that it's a "norm" to be late, and perhaps a casual "sorry" will do. To be frank, I still can't get used to ppl who are late, as my sec2 science teacher put it, "Punctuality is a type of Honesty", if you are late, you are not being "honest" with your friends and gradually over time, you lose that trust you have in friends. This may seem a "small issue" to many, but to me I'm quite particular abt it. So I realised if I really start turning up "late" for friends outing, it's probably the fact I have lost the trust in him(them).

I think it feels so shiok not to have Japanese lesson on a Saturday afternoon. It's like you suddenly have so much time under your disposal. But I think I have just grown lazier over the time. Received the orientation packages yesterday from NTU ystd.. But I just chucked them one side as I really can't be bothered to go for any of such camps. And most importantly, I think it's really a waste of time to go.
Went out with my Japanese classmates to "Japanese marche" aka Shokudo at Raffles City B1. I didn't know such a place existed till I went ystd. There's so many variety of food there.. Eat until shiok.. Perhaps I will consider going there again some other day. Then after that me and 4 other guys went over to my friend's house to play cards. We were basically too bored and don wan to go home so early. But luckily my friend has a car and can send all of us home at around 230am, since we live so near each other.
A friend of mine will be leaving for Niigata this coming Sep to study his MBA (English medium) for 2 yrs. Wah piangz, shiok lorz.. Cuz he's on donno scholarship or what, then everything is paid for. But the only downside is Tohoku region (where Niigata lies) is the most earthquake-prone in whole of Japan. So kinda dangerous to go there... And Niigata is so ulu lorz. Owellz, nvm.. Can go Japan good liaoz. To be frank, I'm so demn jealous of him lar! Wah laoz, get to go Japan study. But then if I can, I think I won't want to study a MBA (English) in Japan. I find it quite stupid lar.. Given the choice, I will rather study a MBA (Japanese) in Japan lar. Although I think it will be hell, and I don't even know if I can make it anotz, but isn't that the purpose of studying in Japan? To study smth in Japanese medium? Okay lar.. Maybe different ppl got diff objectives, at least study in English medium he also won't be so xiong, still can understand what the hell lecturers are talking abt.
2 of my friends just came back from Japan this week.. And they got so much to complain. Cause they were like "warning" me if want to go holidays with friends, really must choose one who have the "same objectives" with you. In a group, 'A' will want go east, then 'B' say want go west, then 'C' say want go north etc etc. In the end got so much conflicts until spoil the whole holiday mood. Secondly, don't ever go with a group whereby you are the only one who can speak Japanese. Because the rest of the group will tend to rely you too much and tt can get rather pissed off too. Like they say, they go there is to enjoy, not to be your translator. When they take public transport, their friends tend to throw everything to the "Japanese-know-how" person to settle, to find our wat bus/train to take etc etc. When ordering food also same thing, everything throw to that person who speaks Japanese. If it's in 東京、大阪 maybe still can survive on English. But going to ulu cities like 広島、長崎、名古屋 will mean ppl will tend NOT to speak English. And for those who have been to Japan b4, will know that Japanese ppl tend to shun away from you if you talk to them in English, asking for directions. There's only 2 reasons for it, is either they are very scared to speak English to you or they despise us foreigners. But most of the time is the former reason. (Thankfully)
So after hearing all these, I think I will rather go Japan alone for holidays next time. -_-'''

I guess I'll be working for 2 more weeks b4 I say "Sayounara" to StarHub. Actually wanted to leave this coming Friday, but then cause my supervisor wasn't in Singapore last week, have to wait for her to come back then inform. Haiz, mafan. Then of cuz some of my colleagues knew that I'm starting school in Aug, but how come I like so early quit.. Then bombarded me with lots of questions, asking whether cuz I not happy here, or cuz I wan go holidays, or watever reasons. But I'm too lazy to tell them actually I just want to concentrate on my Japanese studies (in case they ask even more), so I just anyhow say "I'm going holidays in early July". Bleahz, watever lar, not impt... BUT SERIOUSLY I think I've wasted alot of time playing my PSP and DS Lite until I think I totally neglected studying. Homework is always wait till Sat morning then rush through and do. So I must make full use of whole of July to study Japanese intensively. Then when sch starts in Aug, at least I can concentrate lesser on Japanese till Dec hol comes.
And on a side note, I've stopped lesson at Pyaess, after attending the last lesson on last sat. Won't be continueing because I realised my foundation is seriously too cui. Then go for lesson also most of the time don't understand JLPT2 grammar (Nvm, i realised alot ppl in my class also don't understand, but juz pretend to understand till I ask them to explain to me. Lolx.) So July is to brush up whatever thingyi I don't understand, if not I think it's really waste of time and money to continue for the sake of continueing.
And the matriculation package came last week. I donno if it's my comp is LAG or watever reason, I tried so many times to upload my photo up into the website BUT CANNOT LORZ. Keep saying got watever error. Kinda pissed me off a little. So I waited till next day then I try again, and finally can upload. At 1st I thought is "alot things to do", but I realised there seriously ain't much to do arz, just a little bit of admin stuff to write in and blah blah. So I guess I'm done with those stuff.
Yesterday after tuition at my friend's house, then she invited me to join her family for lunch at Waraku Restaurant. (THIS TIME ROUND AT LEAST I KNOW BASIC JAPANESE TABLE MANNERS!) Wahahaz..But I feel paisehz that they've treated me to lunch for 2 consecutive Sunday liaoz, and the restaurants they go also quite expensive.. I think next time I must buy something for them when I go her house, if not like very think-skin.. But I also don't know what to buy... Haiz.

Oyes!!! I finally completed Brave Story in PSP. Okay lar, actually it's not that hard to complete, and I think the bosses ain't tt tough too. So yalorz, have been chionging these 2 weeks that I don even have the time to online at night. -_-'''
And I finally got my DS Lite from my friend. Got all the games from her as well.. But 95% of her games are Japanese "educational" kind of game. (So I guess no1 will bother asking me for DS Lite games) Like write the correct Furigana, write correct Kanji, guess the meaning, construct sentence..blah blah. And some of them even explain to you why u get wrong, and the correct answer/explanation. Not bad lar. Wah laoz, then MY JAPANESE IS OBVIOUSLY TOO CUI TO PLAY MOST OF IT. Maybe I can play just 1 or 2, those VERY VERY "idiot-proof" ones.. Owellz, I think I shld just get other English games to play lorz. But still, I think playing those Japanese-educational games can build up my foundation. (And obviously that means if I don't just anyhow guess/write the answers)
And after tuition on Sunday morning, I went out with my Japanese friend's family, together with another Japanese family that live in Singapore for lunch. (Is a treat from my friend) Went to the "Din Tai Feng" (Don't know how to spell) at Tampines Mall.. Was quite crowded arz. Anyway, so the 4 Japanese gals (2 pri.3 kids, 1 pri.6 kid, 1 sec2 kid which is my student) were playing their DS Lite then toking very loudly in Japanese. Then my friend, her husband and the other Japanese parent were chatting in Japanese as well.. And I think we invited alot of stares from other ppl waiting outside the restaurant. -_-'''
And this is the 1st time I had lunch with Japanese ppl. AND TO MY GREATEST HORROR I REALISED I WAS VERY "rude". Because I forgot that b4 eating I must say いただきます(itadakimasu), BASIC MANNER which I KNEW abt it, but I totally 4got. Wah laoz, demn paisehz. Can u imagine I already have my first bite, then suddenly the rest of them were saying "itadakimasu". Nvm, I learnt my lesson. Although I feel like digging a hole to hide my face then. 2nd mistake I made is the way I grab food from common food plate. You know cause we got order a few common dishes, so the fact that according to Japanese culture, when u wan to pick up food from the dishes, u r supposed to change ur chopstick upside down, then tt means u grab the food using the supposedly "upper end" of ur chopstick, put the food back to your plate, then u "flip the chopstick" back to the original position. AND OBVIOUSLY I DIDN'T KNOW THAT UNTIL I REALISED THE REST OF THEM WERE DOING THERE. -_-'''''''''''''''''''''''''
I was utterly disgusted with myself how rude can I be. But nvm, they are all very nice ppl. Then obviously throughout the lunch, they were chatting in Japanese, and I was the ONLY DUMBASS that spoke in 80% English 20% Japanese. Wah laoz, even the children were like "huh? wat toking u?" when I spoke very horribly. Jialat lar. Out of the 4 children, only one can understand Chinese. O YES!!! I CAN SPEAK CHINESE to make myself feel more at ease. But still, very dumb becuz tt will mean the other 3 cnt understand. Wah laoz, serious language barrier. I really think I must force myself to speak more Japanese if not really too cui until ppl can laugh. BUT THEY ARE ALL WILLING TO HELP ME IN JLPT LEH!!! WOW!! SO GOOD RITE, GOT FREE TEACHERS LIAOZ. CAN SAVE $$$$$$$$ -_-'''' Bleahz, I'm such a cheapskate. But nvm, I think I really love hanging out with them. And becuz mainly THEY DON''T HAVE Singapore friends as well (quite sad horz?), so I'm one of the few that's closer to them. Owellz, not bad lar, at least they r such a nice bunch of ppl.
And I think a few days ago there's this news abt this CRAZY man who knock down/stabbed 7 ppl to death in Tokyo. Really siao. Haiz, as mentioned in one of my previous post, such things are so common in Japan until it poses quite a serious social problem. See lar, Manga and Anima are to be blamed. -_-''' But on the other hand, if not manga/anime, I think our childhood will be quite boring.

Last Friday night I received a super LAST MINUTE call from Kingsley to go drinking at a pub, to celebrate Evan's b'dae. So Kingsley, Melvin, Desmond, Evan and I went to this pub called "Caesars" (if I spell correctly) at Bugis there. 2 bottles of Chevas shared among 5 of us, and I think is ALOT liao leh.. (though they complain is "okay" only") I think we really very evil, cause we "pretend" to be playing dice and only the loser needs to drink up. BUT ENDED UP Evan (b'dae boy) majiam lost 80% of the time lorz. Cause we are such cheaters that no matter what, it's very hard for the rest of us to lose (but we got purposely lose to him, if not no fun liaoz) And ultimately, Kingsley the hero "sacrficed" himself to get himself and Evan DRUNK... WAHAHAZ..
From there on, melvin, desmond and I took over the role and proceeded with our "Master plan". WE STARTED TO TAKE OUT A VIDEO CAMERA, with me being the cameraman, and then the rest of them started INTERROGATING Evan, making him confess all the DIRTY SECRETS that he had for his *ahem*. WAHAHAAZ. And true enough, when a guy is drunk, it's never too difficult to dig out secrets from him. And the whole process was recorded down nicely, thanks to Yours Truly. But we haven burnt into a VCD yet... Maybe soon arz..
And then we left the pub at abt 230am, but the 5 of us were stranded outside a 7-Eleven store opp. the club for like 1.5 hours until 4am... That's because EVAN and KINGSLEY WERE SO DEAD DRUNK THAT THEY CAN"T EVEN STAND UP ON THEIR OWN. Ogosh lorz, and worse is they puked ALL OVER THE road outside the 7-Eleven store until I think the store cashier was like STARING at us... So Melvin, Desmond and I being the "GOOD PEOPLE", had to take good care of them, bought them hot drinks and some food to make them feel better, tissue paper and plastic bags were necessary as well. Lolx. And then we took the Cab back to chalet at 4am. Obviously when we reached back, Evan and Kingsley were ignorant to what's happening around.. Melvin, Desmond and I tok cock abit and then I left the chalet at 6am to go home and sleep, before I went back to the chalet on Sat night to join in the actual BBQ, where the rest of the class came. Okay arz, I think Evan was like -_-'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' when we presented the mug that contains he and "ahem" photo. Wah laoz, seriously he nearly wanted to kill all of us, but cuz is his b'dae so he never. LOLX. Overall, I think we are quite evil to come up with such a plan.
Oyaz, Desmond helped me to transfer 153 PSP games into my portable harddisk le. And majority of the games are not very old that kind, so still not that bad... Anyone next time want PSP games know who to find le horz. *Cough* I guess for the next couple of yrs I shld not worry too much abt "not having enough games" to play liaoz... And PSP can help to kill boredom during the journey between home and NTU next time....

As usual on every Sunday morning, I went to my Jap classmate's house ystd to give tuition to her sec2 Japanese daughter. Then I realised I was very bored while watching her do her work, so I ask her to show me some of her sch TBs. Science, maths, Geo, History, blah blah. Okay, at the end of the day, I just LOOK AT PICTURES ONLY cuz the Japanese words are too chim for me to comprehend. Then I realised got one TB which is titled "Singapore". I was like "Huhz, study in Japanese school also must know S'pore meh?" Anyway, I juz flipped thru, and to my greatest horror, I think it's 90% rubbish written inside. There are things like wat call "995", then u see fire symbol next to it, then call 999, and u c a policeman next to it. Ogosh lorz, I thought that's quite idiot-proof? But maybe cuz they r foreigners so need to read up bahz.. But I still can't help but to laugh that sum1 can actually come up with such a book...
Then after tuition, I ended up having a chat with my friend, abt Japan obviously. Then she told me smth which up till now I still cnt accept. Kind of "culture shock". She told me a few yrs back, while she was in one of the densha(train) station in Osaka with her family, she suddenly saw one guy like walking frantically past her then suddenly FAINT just like that, but not directly next to her lar. Then guess what!? There were MANY people walking around who SAW THAT but nobody bothered to do anything. Sum of them who saw the fainted man lying on the floor even purposely make a BIG detour. SO HEARTLESS RITE!? Like my friend said, that man was no different from a "dead chicken" lying on the station floor. So my friend, who doesn't know anything, juz went forward with her husband to help the man up arz. Apparantly maybe due to fatigue or what that caused the faint lar. Then soon after the station worker came to "help" the guy. My friend was angry at how cruel can the Japanese ppl be. Likewise, I had the same thinking, like no "humane feeling" lorz. Till I hear the reason...
She called one of her close friend, a native Japanese and told her the incident, and complaining this and that saying why no1 BOTHERS to help a fainted man up, summore in a country like Japan. Then when her friend heard that, she was shocked and screamed over the phone "OMG! YOU WANT TO DIE ARZ! NEVER EVER GO NEAR A FAINTED PERSON IN PUBLIC PLACES!!" Like any normal person, my friend asked a big "WHY!!??" According to her friend, in recent decades, there have been COUNTLESS cases of ppl killed by "fainted ppl". Any place, be it train stations, shopping centres or wherever, these "INSANE PPL" will suddenly faint in the middle of the road. Any normal person who saw that will obviously go forward and try to help the "fainted person" up right? But when these helpful ppl were trying to lift the "fainted person" up, the mad guy will draw out a knife from his pocket and STAB the person to death! Sum may run away, sum may started laughing hysterically like a mad person till the police come to arrest these "mad ppl". When I heard that I was like "huhz.. Hao Xin mei hao bao horz?" And because there were simply too MANY of such incidents in Japan, especially in more urban cities like Tokyo and Osaka, with so many innocent ppl being killed just like that, the public has grown to be "cautious" of ppl who "faint" out of nowhere. And instead, when a person faint, many ppl who are walking past will try to "detour" as far away as possible.
Cause of this problem? Because these ppl read too many manga liaoz, especially those thriller/detective/crime kind of comics (like kindaichi!!!????) and hence they started imagining things and wanting to "act things out". Wah laoz, see lar, I knew it.. Manga is bad for health. So that's why ever since young till now, I never really read comics/manga. -_-'''
But on a serious note, it's really DANGEROUS lar! And my friend was telling me also countless cases on the Japanese news, of mad ppl walking around public places and keep stabbing alot of ppl, just "FOR THE FUN OF IT". Wah laoz. I think it's demn ke lian lar. Can you imagine while you are shopping and suddenly someone just pop out from nowhere and stab you? If die like that so wasted lorz. Haiz. Okay, luckily such things don't happen in S'pore...

HOW ON EARTH CAN I FORGET TO BRING MY 2 BINDED JAPANESE NOTES FOR LESSON!!!??? And I only realised when I reached class. Ended up having to share the notes with my friend. Haiz. But luckily I'm not that BLUR to not bring my that thick blue TB, if not sure @#$%^. Then the grammar I learnt together was @#$%^&. One grammar usage, can have 5 DIFFERENT meanings. -_-''' I think really can die lar. I mean almost all the grammar I learnt so far in JLPT2 has multiple meanings. SOme have 2, some 3, some 4, and today I came across one that has 5. Wtf, like that how to pass!? Probably pass on 2nd or 3rd attempts, which is very common among Singaporeans as I heard from friend's experiences and stuff. Haiz, sucks.
Then in the morning went for tuition, saw my student's report book. WAH LAOZ, I think I really CMI lar. Kaoz, cuz I think my student like did so badly lar. Gosh.. Okay lar, I admit I'm a lousy teacher. Haiz.
And so after Jap lesson, met up with JC classmates to buy birthday present for my friend whose b'dae is next Sat. AND I THINK WE R DEMN EVIL. We have a "real present" and a "fake present". Real present is a guitar we bought just now... Then the fake present is like WE ARE GONNA PHOTOSHOP HIM WITH A GAL (he likes her for like 5 or 6 yrs but nv dare to confess) then create a BIG POSTER plus a mug (also got photo of him and the gal in the mug). I think during the party sure disaster 1. Then this gal (also from TPJC and she knows every1 of us) will also be going, and I think she probably will slaughter all of us. But okay lar, it's meant as a prank only. Lolx, hope things don't get out of hand... But I demn scared of the party becuz the b'dae boy is gonna buy LOTS of liquor. Wth... I think in my class my alcohol tolerance is really the lowest, or maybe I shld say most of them r crazy ppl who drink alcohol majiam like drink plain water. And they want to go pub to drink on next Friday night, then sat during chalet drink again. Literally MAD ppl. I really demn scared when they mix all kinds of alcohol and the taste is like sum fark shit which u juz feel like vomitting upon 1st slip, and yet they can drink like so shiok like tt. -_-''' Haiz, watever arz, juz drink within my limit and be sober. If not next day tuition sure die.

And yesterday my sister went to Australia with her friends on a 2+ weeks trip, which is what she called "Graduation Trip". Shiok hor, will be back like 10th June if I'm not wrong. And that sets me wondering where shld I go next time... ( Definitely not Japan... !!! As I think i will have "ample" chance to go after I grad) Maybe Europe? USA? Or Africa!? Piangz, havent even start school and I'm already thinking of enjoying... Haiz. Owellz, 3 yrs down the road is neither fast or slow. But then again. the main pt is WHETHER got MONEY to go anotz!!!!!???? -_-'''
And surprisingly, like 2 weeks ago, my sister had landed herself a job with CapitaLand (Real Estate Developers) which she can apply what she learnt in her 4 yrs of Building and Real Estate degree in NUS. Like time flies, she can start earning money, although I think starting pay is really quite so-so only, BUT STILL IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. Then I still got a long way to go before I start working.

Broke
So long never update my blog le. To be more exact, nothing to blog. I think I'm super lazy these couple weeks. WASTING TIME AWAY and only "flip through" a few pages here and there. Alamak, die, like that how to do well for JLPT3. But haiz, nvm, still got 6++ months more.. And also I got from my friend the soft copies of JLPT3 to JLPT1 papers (yr 1991 to yr2006). Wah laoz, seriously, I think I 99% cannot pass JLPT2 the 1st time (which is next yr). I read a passage is "one-word one-word" kind of style, but that shouldn't be the way cuz there's LIMITED TIME and if I do that I probably take like 3 hrs to complete, instead of the given 70min. Luckily JLPT3 is only like "2 paragraphs" kind of passage, so still not that bad. And gosh, I finally understand how to use passive verbs, causative verbs and passive-causative verbs, which took me MANY MANY hours of looking over and over again to understand. BUT THEN AGAIN, after procrastinating for so long, I still haven't go memorise the list of transitive verbs and intransitive verbs. HAIZZZZZZZ, actually is not I don wan to memorise, but I will forget everything like half an hour after I memorise. -_-''' And not to 4get my "beloved" KEIGO which I've been telling myself umpteen times to memorise, BUT STILL HAVEN'T MEMORISE! And I always give myself stupidreasons.
But then again, I can't remember when was the LAST time I have a free day for myself. Since I started work, together with tuition, I've been working everyday (including PUBLIC HOLIDAY like today). And that's on top of 3 hrs of lesson every sat afternoon. Studying Japanese on weekday nights can be quite unproductive becuz I always give stupid reasons like "I-am-very-tired" HAIZ, but the thought of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ simply "forbids" me from wanting to give up the tuition.
Being a spendthrift, I spent like $300 on clothes (bought like 7 t-shirts, 2 bermudas, 1 jeans, sandals, belt etc) 2 weeks ago, last Friday went for hair-cut + dye + hightlight = $150, then on Sunday I gave my friend 19000 YEN (S$250) to help me buy a DS Lite (because she got HUNDREDS of DS Lite games, mostly Japanese games, and also some educational games that can help improve Japanese, which I think I will really need) from Japan as her husband is going Japan this coming Wed, then today I spent another $200 on some IT accessories. THAT'S LIKE $900 IN THE MONTH OF MAY!!!???? Ogosh, no wonder after working SO HARD, trying to earn as much money as possible, I think I'm still very broke. I really must curb my crazy urge to waste money like that, if not I probably won't have much savings for my own pocket money when school starts. Haiz. utterly broke.

Bitching session abt this farking old man in my Jap class who's like 50++???
So just now during break-time, I went to toilet and everything that happened was based on what 2 of my other closer classmates told me. Usually I sat right at the END of the class, which is like just in front of the door of the classroom. Then you know, just like any normal ppl, I will put my bag leaning against the leg of the table, so that means beside my leg there lar, and it DOESN'T in any way seem like a road block.
Then this farking old man, cuz he went back to classroom earlier than me, so while he walked past my table, he actually KICKED my bag quite a distance away from its ORIGINAL position. Mind you, I mean KICKED. So ended up lying flat on the floor lorz. Then my friend who was sitting next to me saw that and gave that "OMG" expression. And apparantly that old man saw that and u know what he do? He said "Sorry" to my friend and then with his LEG, he KICKED MY BAG BACK TO SOMEWHERE NEAR UNDER MY CHAIR.
FARKING HELL? LIN BEI'S BAG FOR YOU TO KICK ONE IZZIT? DOES MY BAG LOOKS LIKE SOME FOOTBALL TO YOU!? NI NAO HIANG... And my 2 friends who saw that was like *Jaws dropped* and couldn't believe how on earth such a person can exist. You kicked ppl's bag, at least have a BASIC COURTESY to use your BLARDY HAND to put back rite? My friends being nice, they helped me to pick my bag up, and put it on my chair till I came back and that's y I was surprised to see my bag on the chair.
You farking cheebye Ojiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisan. So old liao still wan to attend lesson? Don't waste money, perhaps you have Alzehmir's disease and will take 10 yrs to master. Opps.. Or shld I say before you get the chance to master it, you already **Sayounara**?? And farking hell, don give me that "O.. I'm the OLDEST ppl in the class so you all must respect me" FUCK YOU! And LUCKILY WHEN HE KICKED MY BAG, my dictionary was already taken out. If he kciked my bag with my $600 Dictionary inside, I SURE GIVE HIM 1 TIME GOOD ONE!
Ogosh, y this class so many bakas? Fark, I think I shld just self-study..

I was reading some of the news in Channels NewsAsia when I came across this particular news which was totally unbelievable to me.. Let me just extract some parts of the news...
Austrian incest accused admits abusing daughter
Austria: An elderly Austrian confessed Monday to holding his daughter - now 42 years old - captive for 24 years in a windowless dungeon and fathering her seven children, prosecutors said.
Josef Fritzl, 73, who faces protective custody in the coming days, "admitted building the dungeon and to holding his daughter and three children there," prosecution spokesman Gerhard Sedlacek told AFP
Fritzl's daughter Elisabeth has alleged she was drugged by her father in August 1984 and had been his prisoner ever since, giving birth to seven children in the "dungeon" he built in the basement of his apartment building.
Elisabeth Fritzl and the three other surviving children, aged 5 to 19 and who had until now never seen sunlight, were kept in three cramped underground rooms.
Fritzl legally adopted three of the children when they were still babies, allegedly telling local authorities and his wife Rosemarie, 69 -- with whom he already had seven children -- that his daughter had left them on the doorstep, with letters saying she could not support them.
Elisabeth Fritzl told investigators her mother knew nothing of the sexual abuse she had endured since the age of 11, while the trio who lived with Fritzl and his wife went to school as normal, seemingly unaware that their mother and three other siblings were trapped underground.
This is totally shocking arz. It's like it's even worse than being held as a prisoner lorz. At least prisoners can get to see SUNLIGHT, and can mix around and exercise abit here and there. But then can u imagine those children who were being held captive there since the day they were born till the day they were being rescued.. Omg lar, really hard to believe lorz. I think really is a torture to them. Then I wonder what do they do for past God knows how many yrs in their daily life.. I think the father really shld be shot dead, for doing such a thing to his own daughter and his "children" or shld I say "grandchildren" since it's a case of incest.
And I've been wanting to complain abt how INSENSITIVE Singaporeans can be. As you all know, the public transport will also be jam-packed during peak hours. So everyday on the way to work or on the way home, the trains are always crowded. But the morning train ar.. Okay, I just cant stand those commuters who like to HOLD their newspaper out and read it, as if they are His Majesty or smth like tt. Do they know that it's occupying alot of space? Do they know if that don't read the newspaper, they could actually save ALOT OF SPACE which allow other commuters to get in? Not only that, since the newspaper is so demn big, then it's inevitable that the edges of the newspaper will sometimes like hit(or shld I say touch) your face/ear/neck etc, and the readers seem ignorant that they are causing a nuisance to other ppl. Farking bunch of morons. Really @#$%^&. Gosh, what farkers can they be? And seriosuly, I think i have extremely LOW tolerance level for old ppl, or shld I say the obasan/ojisan who always seem to be SLOW in their movement, or I donno are they acting blur or what when I say "EXCUSE ME" to let me squeeze out of the train at City Hall Station. Nvm, it's okay, then don blame me if I have to BARGE my way out, I don care whether you are reading newspaper, deaf or you are SENIOR CITIZEN.
And likewise, I think my patience level is not very high when I'm at home. I extremely hate it when ppl likes to ask me ques "just for the sake of asking", which seriously is none of their concern. I feel that I don't need to account my actions or whatever shit to anyone. As long I have MONEY, I feel that it's more than enough. With money, I can buy so many things and to use it for other purposes. If not for money, why shld I make myself work like a dog, having a 8 to 5 job and then still have 3 tuition assignments and on top of that, having to go for lesson, do my jap HW, and revise for that farking JLPT3. Ever since I started working in starhub, I really donno when was the last time I sit down properly in front of a TV to watch a show. Probably nowadays I only watch like less that 1hr of TV a week? And who understands how blardy tired it is to teach tuition on a weekday night after a day's work? Who understands how hard it is to try to meet my "20 hrs of Japanese study a week" goal, just so that I can stick closely to my schedule (syllabus) which I already plan for the year? Blardy shit. And even on public holiday when I thought I can finally "rest", my student still wan me to teach tuition cuz it's exam period now. But still, having said all these, life still goes on. Even though how much I hate having to study after work, I still have to do it. Nvm, as long as I know what I'm doing, I feel that all these sacrfices are worth it.

I realised I have quite limited clothes, everyday also wear the same old ones to work, until I also quite sick of it. And so juz now I went to Bugis after Japanese lesson to buy a thumbdrive + electronic shaver which cost me like $100. -_-''' AND I SAW ALOT OF NICE CLOTHES LORZ. OMG, I'm so tempted to buy... (Especially when I see is import from 日本) But then nvm, I think I will devote like $200 to buying new clothes for myself when I receive the $200 on 30th April for the GST offset thingyi. (AND THE NEXT ONE WILL BE 1st JULY, omg, money faster come!!) HAIZ, I feel I'm so pathetic nowadays. When can I ever break out of this vicious cycle of being a poor guy? And I think I spend like perhaps more than 1K purely on Japanese education (dict + course fees + books etc) in March+April. Omg, that's alot, I mean for a poor guy for me... I'm glad I never give up on tuition although everytime I'm so tempted to as I'm REALLY tired after work to teach (during weekdays) and then on weekends it will be eating into my Japanese study time. BUT THE THOUGHT OF $$$$$$$$$$ will make me conclude "If u quit, u r so gonna be more broke than now" HAIZ....

So on 26th April, the Olympic torch will be at its 18th stop, Nagano; Japan, as it will be flown from Canberra(Australia). All right, I just don't care watever Pro-China or Pro-Tibet, as far as Japan is concern, I'm pro-Japan. So hope those 2 groups will stop making a nuisance of themselves, allowing the torch relay to be a successful one. And God damns whoever go vandalise one of the prominet temple in Nagano. Idiotic Bakana. But looking at the chaotic situation during the relay in Canberra, where the pro-China and pro-Tibet groups are making so much trouble, I really really doubt it will be a peaceful one in Japan 2 days later. Haiz.

During work, I always try to find time to read the Channel NewsAsia website to keep myself updated on some of "big news" happening. And as most ppl know, the Olympic news cover quite a large proportion of the new. E.g The Ah Tiongs are boy-cotting the 100++ Carrefour outlets.
Owellz, got this from the Channel NewsAsia website:
"China expresses its strong dissatisfaction and resolute opposition" to the honour, foreign ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said in a statement posted on the ministry's website. "This interferes rudely with China's internal affairs and seriously harms the Sino-French relationship, and in particular the existing friendly ties between Paris and Beijing." The Chinese reaction came a day after the Paris councillors voted to award honorary citizenship to the Dalai Lama, and follows a series of anti-France rallies in China in recent days, triggered partly by a threat by President Nicolas Sarkozy to stay away from the Beijing Olympic opening ceremony. In her statement, Jiang singled out anti-Chinese protests during the Paris leg of the torch relay, saying those tumultuous scenes had "hurt the Chinese people's feelings." "The fact that this moment the Paris city council decides to make the Dalai Lama an honorary citizen can only be seen as a serious challenge to 1.3 billion Chinese including Tibetans," she said.
To be frank, I don't see any reason why China should kaopei so much when France decides to award citizenship to Dalai Lama. Like piangz, since China forced Dalai Lama not to be able to return to his own homeland; Tibet (on exile), making him having to "take refuge" in other countries for the past decades, then I don see why China wan to make so much noise when a country wants to give citizenship to him. And I think it's very childish of the Chinese to even think of boy-cotting French giant supermarket Carrefour.
Okay, I guess my strong feelings towards Ah Tiongs can boil down to my working place, which happened to be where Kaplan campus is. As I think like 90% of the students in Kaplan are Ah Tiongs, so everytime when I use the lift, it's INEVITABLE I will bump into a large group of them, regardless of the time. And seriously, I think they really got no basic manner. Example, they TALK so loudy as if they are making announcements. Then a LARGE group of them will stand at the Level1 Lift Lobby, obviously creating a LARGE road-block for many other ppl who try to walk past. Also, they take AGES to decide whether they wan to take the lift anot, in the process wasting other ppl's PRECIOUS TIME in waiting for them, and whoever stands near the button must PRESS the OPEN button and wait for them to decide. These are just some of the unpleasant events that cause me to have such negative feelings towards them. Wellz, don't blame me for saying all these. Blame themselves for being so.. erm.. ill-mannered. Watever.

So this is wat happened, during lesson, my friend and I were toking abt some stupid joke, so we were like laughing softly arz... Then I think my sensei saw me so she suddenly ask me:
Wei Yang さん、指定席券の意味は 何ですか。Omg, it's a new vocab, and I didn't know the meaning, so I quickly try to punch in the word into my electronic dict while I was saying "言葉の 意味は....... ちょっと 待って (while I was still busying checking wat the hell is tt word)" THEN SUDDENLY THIS MAD GUY STARTED LAUGHING SO LOUDLY, as he thinks like I'm trying to say the meaning is CHOTTO MATTE!? Hello, I was more of trying to stall for time b4 I say out the meaning, then obviously I'm not that STUPID to actually say tt. And seriously, I donno wat's so FUNNY abt that, nobody laughed except him. Really pissed me off man. Stupid 猿男。Owellz, watever, not that I ever tok to him b4.
And I spent another $170 at Kinokuniya. Ogosh, bought 5 books.... One of them is Business Japanese (Part 1). Perhaps I shld start to self-study for it so that I can take BJT a few yrs down the road... But when I see the 1st page, OMG, it's all in my "favourite" 敬語... Haiz, wat to do, to work in a Japanese environment and not knowing Keigo is like telling ppl u work in an English company but don't even know A to Z. Sighz.

So I went for my check-up at NTU on Tues. Wah piangz, SO FAST finish liaoz. Okay lar, I mean I thought it will take half a day or watz.. But I only took 1 hr then finish liaoz. Owellz, better still, so when it ended at 9am, I juz went to the NTU popular bookstore to look look around. Then I saw a TB; "Taxation in Singapore". Being boliao, I flipped a few pages n juz put back cuz it's totally alien to me.
And spent the whole Tues afternoon mugging Japanese yet again.
I was looking at some book retailing website and feel like buying 4 more Japanese books... Maybe must order thru Kino again. BUT THESE 4 BOOKS WILL COST ME LIKE $150!? 1 of the books is actually "introduction" to prepare for BJPT (Business Japanese Proficiency Test), which is more geared towards your Jap Biz knowledge (obviously) which I think will be another stage of horror for me. HAIZ, y am I always spending n spending but my earning seems to be so stagnant? But nevertheless, I won't hesistate to spend $$$$$ on my Japanese education even if it cost me so much $$. Owellz...

Sometimes you will just feel that no one else matters except youself. Family? Friends? Colleagues? Classmates? WHATEVER! At the end of the day, who's going to help solve all the shit other then yourself? It's okay. I shall be independent. I shall solve my own problems. I SHALL LEAD MY OWN LIFE. Even if the whole world turns against me, I shall stand up against them.

Today's lesson was OWNING. Wtf, 4 pages worth of vocab words?????????????????????????? In the past, vocab words are covered in Lecture only. BUT NOW, it's both LECTURE and TUTORIAL. Ogosh.. And Naomi sensei was saying that from now onwards, she will not "spoon-feed" us anymore. Must check the dictionary ourself n if really don understand then ask her. Haiz, y such a drastic change? And today's hw.. No joke.. I CAN'T EVEN DO A SINGLE QUES AFTER STARING FOR SO LONG.. I don even know how to START lorz.. I thought maybe I got dictionary still can help.. But wtf, with dictionary I still DONNO how to do. Am I just plain stupid or watz? Haiz. I decided to wait till Friday then I will "attempt" the hw again, if not next lesson must hand in. And the class is so demn big now, 19 students. Wtf.. Last time only like 9 or 10 students lorz. And there's 2 new students who me and my "old classmates" were toking abt, THEY TALK SUPER DUPER FAST CAN? We even think they talk faster than the sensei, AND WE SERIOUSLY think they shldn't be in this class, cuz they are seriously WAY WAY WAY BETTER than most of us. Can you imagine they can tok to the sensei for like 5 minutes conversation and we couldn't even understand like 5% of wat they r toking abt? Like our jaws simply dropped when we see how the 2 of them interact with the senseis, and obviously we are in our own wonderland lorz. And 1 of them had a Japanese husband. HUHZ? CANNOT ASK YOUR HUSBAND TO TEACH MEH? Wah laoz, like so demn @#$%^& lorz. No offence to them, but I think they majiam join this class to make us feel stupid only. =X. For once I really felt abit of "threat" in this new class, like some of them r so pro lar. But I do wonder izzit cuz I'm stupid lar.. Maybe lar..
CANNOT LAR NG WEI YANG! DO YOU KNOW HOW CUI YOUR JAPANESE IS? YOU BETTER SPEND 3 HOURS STUDYING JAPANESE EVERYDAY IF NOT YOU ARE GONNA GET THRASHED BY THOSE PPL CAN!? STUDY STUDY STUDY!!!! 勉強しろ 勉強しろ 勉強しろ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pardon for being so paranoid, but as far as Japanese is concern, I simply can't stand those ppl who are so PRO lar, Anyway, I think I better revise my "basic foundation" of Minna No Nihongo L.1 to L.50 thoroughly AGAIN first b4 I start attempting the @#$%^&* homework.

The JLPT vocab words list which I found on the net... My gosh, tons of GLARING errors. I mean while I was going through the JLPT4 and JLPT3 words. Even basic Kanji can write wrongly, AND EVEN USE SIMPLIFIED CHINESE. Wtf? Since when Kanji use simplified chinese 1.. Is only traditional chinese.. And some of the definitions are wrong as well. Haiz, waste my effort.. But nvm, at least I make use of the chance to "correct" the errors and learn in the process (Sumtimes with my beloved 電池辞書) Kanzen Master is like 90% done. So proud of myself -_-''' I realised Keigo ain't that scary at all, I mean wellz, after memorising all the keigo verbs, then its usage isn't tt hard. BUT I STILL HATE chap37 and chap48, which is passive and causative verbs. Balrdy hell, I took ONE WHOLE NIGHT to study these 2 chaps, but I still don really understand, as it needs you to be very clear between 他動詞 and 自動詞, which is @#$%^&*... And best is I realised that's this NEW form called 'passive-causative verbs", which I never learn b4, although it appeared in my JLPT3 kanzen master. Like wtf? I already don understand passive and causative verbs individually, then now come a 2-hit combo of "passive-causative verbs"? Why Japanese got so many forms? Haiz..
And these days I've been listening to DJ Ozma's song, which my dys1 recommended me. OMG.. I love their songs! Although the lyrics words seem quite hard compared to typical pop-song lyrics. but owellz, nvm, got my jisho to decipher the meaning.
And tml's my first JLPT2 lesson. I also donno whether will still be Naomi sensei and Reiko sensei anotz. Hope is them as I think they teach really well! But I scared tml will be 3hrs of "Greek" lesson. And the new JLPT2 TB which cost me $50... No more "Minna No Nihongo".. And did I say I HATE writing 手紙(tegami) and 作文(compo)? But wat to do, JLPT2 will be tons of this.. And I seriously donno y we bother learning to write Chi letters in sec sch. Like wtf, since when in your life have you ever write a PROPER chi letter on those square-boxes paper and like send to somebody, other than the fact we are forced to write them by our chinese teachers during tt 4 yrs of sec sch life. I remember when I finished my A-levels, I was happily telling myself "OMG, no more essay writing for English/Chinese/GP! Yay!" I always write under-length essays and horrible language-usage and watever thingyi" I don't mind writing "essays" generally like Humanities or Bio or watever, cuz it's okay to have grammatical mistakes and it's definitely ok to be "under-length" since there's no min words. But I simply HATE to do corrections for language essays. Sucks to the max.. But now, it's back to square one. HAIZ.. How can I force myself to LOVE writing letter/compo again? Nvm, I shall slowly "generate" my interest in writing Japanese essays and letters and let my senseis vomit blood due to my utter horrid grammar.
And this week I felt an accomplishment in my work. Wahhaz.. My superior received an email from a few managers from other depts saying that "Wei Yang is indeed a very good in work!" (Then continue to describe what the hell did I do to make them feel so satisfied -_-''') Let me start with the history, as my supervisor told me, all along in these FEW YEARS, she said that all the temp staff who were doing my job-scope will 100% kana whack by managers of other depts becuz they always sent emails to the wrong person n pissed them off. But seriously, I also donno wat's so hard abt sending emails correctly to the relevant Account Managers. Very hard meh? And as my supervisor was saying, is very RARE that I nv kana scolded lorz. And to think now I got a compliment from them, all the perm staff in my dept were telling I broke the dept's "record" of being the first person to be praised by them. -_-''' In my opinion I find it abit "kua zhang" arz, cuz I juz see nth special abt my job performance, but to them they say it seems to be "exceeding expectation". Owellz, then it happened the email was sent to my big big big boss, some big shot guy, and he replied say "Then like that we have to try to keep him! Any chance to turn him into perm staff?" I nearly fainted when i saw that, but then again, my supervisor replied to all the other managers that I need to start sch in Aug, so too bad lar. Wahhaaz, but as I was discussing with my supervisor, maybe next yr during my 3 mths holidays, I want to go back StarHub to work! Wahhaz, then she say confirm no prob lor, cuz apparantly the big big big boss know me liaoz, and shld be no issue at all finding a temp job with them next time. =) And I really love my job now, I mean at least the ppl there are quite friendly n interesting. Hahaz. So glad I landed myself in this job at StarHub.

And today I shall devote my WHOLE day studying 日本語, after much procrastination..
It's quite amazing how the JLPT3 syllabus end with what we actually learn in Lesson 1.
In Lesson 1:
1) わたしは Wei Yang です。(I am Wei Yang.)
2) わたしは シンガポールから 来ました。(I come fron Singapore.)
3) わたしは NTUで 勉強して います。(I'm studying in NTU.)
And so in L.50, with my "favourite" 敬語(keigo).....
1) わたくしは WeiYangと もうします。(I am WeiYang.)
2)わたくしは シンガポールから まいりました。(I come from Singapore.)
3)わたくしは NTUで 勉強して おります。(I'm studying in NTU.)
Obviously those expressions in L.50 are used when you talk to your superiors/not that close friend etc, which is like way more polite than what is taught in Lesson 1. But obviously I'm not really a "polite person", so I guess I will prefer to using plain form as opposed to keigo. BUT HAIZ, JLPT2 will involve quite alot Keigo as my sensei said. Why must Japanese ppl be so polite. Even polite also must categorise into different level, like "very polite" to "quite polie" to a little bit polite" and stuff. Demn mafan lar... BUT OWELLZ, SINCE I"M DETERMINED TO MASTER JAPANESE these few years, I have to force myself to love Keigo. *sighz*
And my second newly-made tattoo is "peeling off". I mean cuz it's still a fresh wound, so the dry skin will start coming off. Disgusting arz, but nvm, it shall go off in a few days time and ta-da, it shall be "pleasant" to look at as compared to now. And this 2nd tattoo seems more painful than the first one lar. Wtf, I also donno y... Ogosh, but at least it's over liaoz and it's recovering fast with the medical cream that they provide. I hope Reiko sensei won't scream her head off when she see my tattoo next sat.
All right, back to mugging.

So 3 of my army friends are now in Japan on 7 days trip. Owellz, so jealous of them. Although they tried to persuade me to go with them last yr, but haiz, I didn't go cuz I know I'll be working n most imptly, NO MONEY.
So their trip is fly to Osaka first, then travel down to Tokyo. Sounds like my 3rd trip to Japan last time. Along the way passed by Nagoya (which is in the middle of Tokyo n Osaka), which is an old and boring city. Yes, I also agree, cuz other than that Nagoya castle, I donno wat else to see/do in Nagoya. And now is 春。Shiok, they got to see cherry blossom. Haiz, I always go during winter cuz I just wan to see snow and experience that COLD WEATHER. But I think every season got it's own beauty lar. (except summer) And everyday my friend sms me like what they did in Japan n stuff, exploring the subway and stuff. Ogosh, I have never taken a "MRT" ride in Japan lar. -_-''' But at least they get to do lots of shopping, as compared to Hokkaido which is so demn ulu and NOTHING to buy except to see snow. At least they get to enjoy a cool spring of abt 12 deg cel. I also want to see "桜が咲く", but NO CHANCE ALREADY lar. Wah laoz, this yr cnt go. Then the next 3 yrs also cannot go see, cuz will be during sch term. HAIZ, earliest also must wait till I grad, n tt's like so demn long. And the places they are goin in Tokyo are quite expected, Ueno park, Ginza and shinjuku etc. SHINJUKU!!!!!!!! Ok, Shinjuku = Orchard of Tokyo. If you think Tokyo is exp, wait till you go to Shinjuku, which is literally juz "see but no money buy" The price tags are demn **blink**blink** arz. HAIZ, but nvm, I asked my friend to buy my military flag. WAHAHAZ. And my friend gave up "engaging in a conversation" with the native Japanese though he's at JLPT2. Okay arz, me n my friend simply hate Keigo (敬語) which the Japanese always use, but we are too "lousy" to use it. Nvm, at least like my friend said "Wow, I finally know my Japanese standard arz. Really hard to have conversation with them". But nvm, it's okay. Not that they go there to have Japanese oral exam. Is go there to enjoy and have fun n shopping.
I must save up lotssssssssss $$$$$$$$$$$ to go Japan next time as well for holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I went to my JC classmate, Desmond's chalet just now. Farking hell, it was such a NIGHTMARE arz. I didn't expect it to turn out to be a "Drink till drunk" kind of party. I'm pretty sure there's at least 100++ cans of carlsberg and like 20 to 30 bottles of Martell/Vodka. Holy shit, I swear I nearly died there, and that's y I quickly took my friend's car to escape from the terror. And best of all, I DIDN'T KNOW THE BIRTHDAY BOY'S ALCOHOL TOLERANCE IS SO DEMN HIGH LAR! Kns, initially we entertained him by juz drinking a few cans. Wtf, he go mixed martell with some vodka and God knows whatever shit AND MAKE US DRINK. Wtf, I think today was the most amt of alcohol I ever consumed in my whole life, perhaps like 7 to 8 cans of carlsberg plus a few cups of "mixed vodka+beer+martell". And I have a farking idiotic classmate called DERREN TEO, who challenged all the uncles in drinking alcohol, and I think he perhaps drank like 20 cans worth of beer/martell. Blardy shit, I KNOW HIS TOLERANCE LEVEL HIGH lar, BUT CAN U FARKING HELL DON'T PUKE NEXT TO ME. Omg, I nearly wanted to slaughter him, but luckily he didn't puke on me. And AFTER LIKE DRINKING SO MUCH, AND THEN VOMITTED GOD KNOWS HOW MANY TIMES, HE STILL CAN BE QUITE SOBER. Wellz, unbelievable. And yalar, towards the end I really couldn't take it, so when the birthday boy was FORCING everyone to drink, while he's STARING at another person to make sure he drank the whole cup, I juz pretend to have "shaky hands" and pour away abit. WAHAHAZ, yalar, i know demn loser act. BUT SOME OF THE GUYS COULDN'T take it as well liao lar. AND THE BIRTHDAY BOY SEEMS AS IF HE HAVEN DRANK ALCOHOL YET. Ogosh, faint. Although I wanted to stay over night, but looking at the rate we are drinking, I guess I will probably die there. While I was in my friend's car, I DON'T DARE TELL HER I WANTED TO PUKE SO MUCH.. Putting an act that "Aiyaz, nvm, I can take it". But the moment I dropped off from the car at kembangan mrt station..... PUKE*PUKE*PUKE like fark lar. Lucky I didn't puke in my friend's car, if not she would have slaughtered me. Wah laoz, kns. Okay lar, I know my alcohol tolerance not high, but today they really stretched my limit to a "higher level". Owellz, at least not DRUNK, juz puke kind of state. And looking at the time now, I guessed most of them are probably still DRINKING n DRINKING like nobody's business. Haiz. faint.

Alas, the tuition centre that I'm teaching at will be shifting to Kembangan plaza, which is like 3 mins walk away from home. That's good for me as I DON'T HAVE to wait for that stupid bus 42 that comes at a frequency of 1 bus per 20 mins.
And a few days ago I went online to CANCEL my driving test. Yes, pls don't ask me why. I just want to stop learning driving. Fark it if I have to take public transport to school. Whatever, so be it. I just want to get over this 3 yrs and fark off.
And my Jap sch sms me just now to remind me to pay sch fees for the new term. Ogosh, luckily it's starting on 12th April, so next Sat can rest at home and best is I can do the payment after I got my tuition/starhub pay cuz I'm simply a BROKE now. And yesterday I happened to chance upon this AMAZING website that contains the list of JLPT4 to JLPT1 vocab words to download(excel). Ogosh, of course I d/l all of them 1st, juz in case in future I can't access that website of smth like tt. And also there's a website that offers FREE d/l of JLPT papers with answers. That's so good, since I can save $$$$$$$$$$$ on my TYS liaoz. Lolx.
Let's see:
JLPT4 - 724 words
JLPT3 - 682 words
JLPT2 - 3707 words
JLPT1 - 2976 words
TOTAL = 8089 words.
Owellz, actually I donno where the other 2000 words go to since there's supposed to be 10000 words. But nvm, not as if 8000 words are not enough for me. But luckily with the Kanzen Master Kanji book (JLPT2 + JLPT1), I guess it should be enough to pass the exam arz. So far only "know" that 1500 words till JLPT3. And the additional 3700 words, ogosh, I really must finish memorising by end of next yr. Maybe I should just memo 1700 words by this yr, then next yr finish the remaining 2000 words so that I'm prepared for VOCAB jlpt2 (only). My 180 new grammar structures for JLPT2.... Sigh..
Word harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sigh..

Lao Zaboh
So long nv blog liaoz.
Life's a routine nowadays. It's either work, or tuition, and Jap on Sat. Work-wise, it's quite slack arz. Or I shld say very slack. The only thing I can't stand is this LOUDDDDDDD "lao zaboh" that sits next to me. Even my colleagues can't stand her. This "lao zaboh" doesn't belong to my dept, but since we are all in those kind of open cubicles type office, sumhow she is considered to be seated next to me, probably 0.5m away from me? Of cuz for the barrier, but when stand up can see each other clearly. Anyway, this "lao zaboh", my goodness, her volume is SO LOUD as if she's making announcement to everyone to hear. And obviously her make-up seems as if it is 1cm thick tt kind, like some doll, which looks freaking ugly. And such a big fat liar. She was busy chatting with her child's teacher but she actually LIED she was toking to a customer. Lolx, wth... Die man, I can't imagine the next 4++ months HEARING her voice all the time. Even I listen to my mp3 player still can hear her words so clearly, that explains how irritating it can be seated next to her. Not that I want to know her, BUT IT'S LIKE I CAN HEAR HER EVERY WORD CLEARLY ARZ. Haiz, nvm, must tahan.
And next Sat will be on chap50! Omg, time flies, and I think I still so cui. I seems to forget alot of things... And it's time to pay sch fees soon. Haiz, money money money!

Just came back from Kino and spent $600 on a 電池辞書 and 2 books which cost me $72 in total. LUCKILY RIGHT NOW KINO IS HAVING A 20% discount, so from $90 become $72. BUT STILL, I'm probably the poorest guy now. Even before I can start to earn money I'm already in heavy debts. Damn it.
I do believe that whatever I sow in my Japanese Education now shall reap in the near future.

So I told my sensei: "先生、私は刺青をしました。それで、日本語の漢字ですね。"
And she was like screaming "ほんとうですか!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????”
So I showed her and she was like "ARZ!!!! とても痛いね!"
But okay lar, I replied 痛くないです。
Then subsequently she was saying how those KAMIKAZA fighters were FORCED to die even though they don wan. And I think I abit lame lar, I said they not VOLUNTEER arz? -_-'''
Okay lar, so the talk on tattoo naturally leads to the topic on Yakuza (mafia/gangster) in Japanese society. How Japanese don't like (or actually scared) of Yakuza. Jialat lar, next time I go Japan 温泉 sure die... Maybe use towel cover. In Japan, some hot spring actually BARRED ppl with tattoo from going in. At 1st I donno y, n according to sensei, she said becuz they scared when let's say 2 ppl of 2 different gang meet each other, then buey song then fight. LOLX. Okay lar, it's possible, since in Hot Spring everyone is totally naked. Then how she talked abt her experience in Japan once, when she was in the hot spring when suddenly another woman with a BIG TATTOO came next to her. SHe was so freaked out that she pretend to slowly "drift" away to another side of the hot spring pool. Lolx... BUT STILL.. I"M NOT A YAKUZA! Okay lar, next time I go onsen really must remember to cover my tattoo to prevent ppl from STARING at my tattoo.... And I defintely don wan to get beaten by some other gang for no apparant reason.
And a new pri.5 student today. Another shocker. The family just moved to Singapore a few months ago, and they seem to know NUTS abt this tiny island called Singapore. And so after tuition, I ended up having a 45min "chat" with the mother, as she has so many ques to ask abt S'pore. Her child good lar, exempted from taking CHinese in PSLE. And ended up the parent ask me if juz take Eng, Sci and Maths will her daughter be disadvantage. But I quite pity her daugher lar, cuz she she was in her native country, she was "forced" to learn intensive English. Then now they juz reached Singapore, the student must learn intensive Chinese lorz, to prepare to take Chi in sec sch. I see her time-table, she has like 4 or 5 CHINESE LESSONS a week!? Gosh, poor thing. N for goodness, I tried speaking to the student in Chi, obviously she think I'm speaking Greek.
Forget to mention that they are from KOREA 韓国. OMG, everyday eat kimchi. And toking to the mother sumtimes is really demn hilarious. She cnt understand my English, I can't understand her English. SO ended up her child became our translator between English n Korean when "chim terms" r used. N best is the mother actually asked "Do u know korean?" Gosh, do my face look I can speak Korean!? Lolx, of cuz cannot arz.
And the mother was like asking me so many thing abt Singapore education. Ask S'pore sec sch study how many years. Take wat exams. I told her O-levels, she also don't understand me. I gave up explaining to her wat is A-level n JCs. I juz say "exam to go uni". Then ask me can she take a korean as mother tongue in PSLE. Piangz, I also donno leh.. I juz say cannot bahz, I don think got. Even O-level also don have korean, so PSLE shld be don have. Aiyaz, then I say nvm arzm learn CHINESE is good. -_-'''''''
And I "think" the child shld be able to understand my "English" or I mean SInglish lar. And obviously they have tons of korean books in their book shelves which seem alien to me. N she was telling me the difference between Singapore n Korea. SUmhow the family came to SIngapore BECAUSE THEY HEARD that S'pore is a very clean n good city. To their horror, Singapore is demn dirty. OF CUZ LAR, Japan n Korea streets are 10000000000000 times cleaner than SIngapore? Everything is Singapore is CHEAP compared to Korea, definitely.. But Singapore housing is very expensive due to property boom. Yalar, true. N best is, she say SHE LOVES THE GOOD SECURITY in SIngapore. I think she still donno the Mas Selamat escaped. Opps... Anyway, I mean she said in Korea, if u r rich, u r easily targetted for like kidnap or robbery n stuff...so very dangerous.. compared to SIngapore. Then she said Singapre wage rate is MUCH LOWER compared to the average in Korea. **blink**blink** next time I go Japan out of job can go Korea work. -_-''''
Okay lar, the 45 minutes chat with the mother (or with the child translating to me) was not bad. At least I learn so many things abt Korea, AND HOW THEY THINK OF SINGAPORE.
Jialat lar. I only know how to speak "Aneong Hasaeyo" and "Kamsa hamida". Must go learn a few more greetings. LOLX.

Tattoo
Finally got my tattoo done. Took one hour and cost me $150. So my tattoo consists of 2 kanji:
神風 (かみかぜ)which I believe many ppl should know what it means lar. WW2 Japanese suicide-fighters. Anyhow crash on enemy's ship/base or watever 1. Then in between the 神 and 風, got one red circle. Yalar, Japanese flag that red disc lar.. Quite big arz, as big as my kanji characters lorz.
Location of my tattoo? At my left arm lorz. I've been thinking hard whether shld I reveal alittle bit down the sleeve, or shld I just hide my tattoo where the sleeve will cover. Then I decided not to reveal it lar. So that means nobody shld be able to see my tattoo at all, unless I purposely roll up my sleeve or what. So it's spelled downwards, with my 神 right at the top, then followed by my red disc, then the 風 at the most bottom. Maybe I shld post a picture up someday.
Pain? Okie leh.. I think it's not as pain as I expected it to be. Just that throughout that one hour the sound of the tattoo gun is very noisy lar, majiam like some electrical saw or wat. And best is, I didn't know that the person actually need to do an OUTLINE of my tattoo first. So the guy spent the first 20 minues doing JUST the outlines of the tattoo... WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW lorz.. I thought he finish liaoz. So when I asked him "Done already?", he was like "Ehz.. Just finished the outlines only"... I was like -_-'''' Starting it was abit painful arz, but as u all know, ONE HOUR of it.. After awhile, I'm more of "immune" to the pain lorz.. So still not bad lar.. He finished my 2 words 1st, before he changed to a red ink to do that RED DISC. That one quite fast lar, cuz it's juz one circle lorz.
Then while I was doing the tattoo, got 2 ang-moh ladies who came later than me, wan to do a tattoo as well. Then wah kaoz, while they were waiting for another shop person to get ready the tools, they were like standing behind me STARING at the process of my tattoo being done up. Okay lar, they also don't understand Chinese characters, so nvm.
And after everything was done, another shop assistant saw my tattoo and say "Wow..u like Japanese so much arz. But u know, u just have the "神 風" fighting spirit is good already, don't go follow them n commit suicide" I was speechless. LOLX, of cuz I'm not so mad lar. I'm not some terrorist or wat.
And seriously.. I WAN TO GET ONE MORE TATTOO DONE LEH. Don't know y... I thinking of adding "必勝" (ひっしょう) below my that tattoo... So it will be spelled as "神風必勝". So ppl who know chinese sure know "必勝" means determined to win or smth like that. Lolx. But if really add these 2 words then I guess my t-shirt sleeve won't be able to cover le. But nvm lar, fark it, y should I bother if anyone minds abt my tattoo. And the word "必勝" is also not offensive arz. Ppl who see may just think "O.. this person is very determined to win/victory" etc.. So still not that bad, unless I rolled up my sleeve and ppl see "神風必勝" then will probably wallop me up.

hOLY sHIT!
Wah kaoz, I actually went to a TUITION CENTRE to teach. OMG.
Just now at 7pm, the agent suddenly called me, say whether I 8pm can teach. I was like "HUHZ!? within 1 hr!?" But nvm, cuz it's as chaichee there. So very near. Then the agent just told me is "teach a group of sec3 E-maths". Owellz, fine, so I thinking maybe like the students r neighbours or classmates or wat, so wan group tuition...
Then when I reached the terrace house. GOSH!? IT'S A TUITION CENTRE!? GOT MANY STUDENTS, A FEW TEACHERS THAT KIND!? WTF!?
Then I saw like so many students of all ages, got pri sch, got sec sch. Some still in sch-uniform, some in home clothes. Owellz, I juz pray my class is SUPER SMALL THAT KIND. Then some of the teachers saw me intro themselves to me.. Nvm, only say who they r only. Then after that I was informed I got 3 students in my class. THEN BEST IS, U ALL KNOW TUITION AGENCY GOT THEIR OWN NOTES N WORKSHEETS ETC. And must go thru with them. Ogosh, I nearly freaked out cuz I scared I donno how to do. But luckily the chapters covering now is variation, so can smoke thru abit. U know, tt kind wat directly proportionate or inversely proportionate. Luckily my current sec2 student is at tt chap, so I still can remember...
Then class started at 8pm. I was like giving out the worksheet n then I'm supposed to do "some examples" with them 1st, then after that ask them do their own work. And seriously, I think I can't write properly on a freaking whiteboard. Then must give them the questions worksheet then ask them do lorz, so I also quite slacked, sit there do nth. Then when they got ques then I "try to do" on the whiteboard. Luckily I can do arz...........
Jialat lar. Then the receptionist also got tell me say I can just bring back next lesson's worksheet back to do, so next lesson I'm more prepared. Wahahaz... Of cuz I did lar. Anyway, I think I really CMI lar. I guessed I was so nervous to teach 3 students using a whiteboard. If I go goverment sch do relief teaching sure GOOD GAME arz.
