Last night was such a havoc at MoS!

The Halloween night party was kinda so-so only arz, seeing ppl dressed up in all sorts of weird weird costumes. Vampires, Devils, Angels, Zombies, Chinese Zombies, Witches, Wizards etc, u name it all. And not only that, ppl dressed up in Sailor-style Japanese costume, Kimono, Korean costumes, Samurais, Egypt, blah blah... Weird!

I know I CANNOT hold my liquor well for goodness, and my face turns red EVEN BEFORE I started drinking. So I juz drank like 3 glasses of vodka and THAT'S it. I know won't make me feel high, but I prefer to feel sober. Lolx. Like that might as well don't go club horz? Stayed till 5am before my friend's friend sent me back home on his Car. Gosh, so tired lorz.

And later I still got tuition. Fucks. I swear next time I'm NOT going to give tuition anymore, no matter how POOR my financial status can be next time as an undergrad. I think I should just work alot b4 Uni starts and during sch hols as well, so that I can have abit of saving to last me during my schooling days and then I don't have to end up in such a desperate state of having to juggle sch work and giving tuition. And actually the MOST important reason, as I mentioned in my previous post, is how LOUSY I am in teaching, and to prevent the KARMA of next time me getting a LOUSY lecturor/professor in Uni next time, I think it's indeed a "wake-up" call I shld stop "harming" ppl lorz. Fine. Treat this as a lesson learnt that teaching is not my forte.

Like maybe within 5 days I can end my misery of giving tuition liaoz. Gosh. Finally...

And talking about driving. Haiz, I feel that I'm such an IDIOT lorz. Don't even know how to drive properly. I think I will be those kind need alot extra lessons then can pass tt kind. Haiz. Sad.

Friday, October 26, 2007

Fine, 3 more months of duties. And I changed my Japan trip instead of late Dec to 10th Dec to 16th Dec.

Haiz, how I wish that O-levels can faster end. I think I nearly swear I'm not gonna give tuition forever in my whole life again. I'm not cut-out to be tutor lar. Wah kaoz, is like I teach arz, ppl can from pass become F9 lorz. Wtf. I think only a lousy tutor like me can be so kns. Fine. At least I know I can't teach for goodness sake, and I shall abandon the idea of doing relief teaching. It's a sure disaster for tt sch if I ever become relief teacher.

But I seriously feel like working in some Human Resource job next time when I work leh. Okay, I also donno y I like but I think it's quite fun. Nvm, I still got like 3 mths to PASS before I even consider all these.

I think I'm quite an idiot. Yesterday when I was in MRT, there was like 4 Japanese boys in MRT making a hell LOTS of noise talking in Japanese... I think they were just perhaps upper primary tt kind of age lar, cuz they look quite small size. Anyway, as I was wearing my uniform, then I got kinda IRRITATED that they were talking so loudly that I started staring at them, and I think one of them realised that I was staring at them.. And they started to lower their volume by ABIT lar. Then I donno wat else they were talking abt, then like the rest of them all like "pretend pretend" to look the fuck who the hell I am. Maybe they saying this idiot (me) keep staring at them. But it's the truth lar. Luckily they were only in the train for a few stations then drop off. Piangz, really lorz, I think it's very good if u can communicate a language that MAJORITY doesn't know, so next time u wan say smth ppl also donno wat u r toking abt.

Now talking abt Japanese. My Gosh, I think I'm like on a high risk of failing my JLPT. Nvm, I think my DYS1 also sure fail his JLPT1, not that I wanna suan him, but then he also never study much n summore like JLPT1 is kinda A-level standard lorz. Sure die.

I think I fantasize too much liaoz. I always keep dreaming that I'm in some Tokyo street carrying my suitcase, driving back home after a day of hard work. Then go home decided to watch those Japanese variety shows and then go to sleep. Then during weekend I will like go out with Japanese friends for shopping or a drink or watz. Fuck. I think I really think too far liaoz. Guess Japan may even not want to accept me if I migrate there lorz. Haiz.

硫黄島からの手紙

Letters from Iwo Jima

So just now I went to the VCD/DVD rental shop and happened to chance upon this excellent movie that I have been wanting to watch since a long time ago, but I keep procrastinating and so finally now I got to watch it! Hahaz.

For those who want a summary of the movie, can refer to below link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letters_from_Iwo_Jima

I don't know why izzit that I just get so emotional while watching this movie.. And I really respect that 20 000 odd Japanese soldiers that defended Iwo Jima even though they knew right from the beginning that they r fighting a "sure lose" battle and WITHOUT the support of the HQ in Tokyo which is so #$%^&*, can u imagine how desperate u will feel? Trapped in an ISOLATED island without much resources left and so much diseases spreading around then still must fight war. OMG lar, so sucks.

But as I watched the movie from sumwhere the middle until the end, whereby the Japanese commanders together with the men chose to COMMIT SUICIDE either by using the hand grenade to blow themselves up OR to use their own rifle to shoot themselves etc, rather then to surrender to enemies. Wah kaoz, really lorz, I think in the World only the Japanese will have such high loyalty and patriotism to their country and their Emperor. And towards the end when the General was badly injured and later he shot himself, the first class private soldier still like defended his corpse trying to KILL those American soldiers with his shovel even though he was like he was surrounded by 10+++ american soldiers pointing their rifles at him.

Okay lar, some may debate that this is juz a movie, so maybe abit "exagerrating", but then arz, the overall battle as well as several of the commanders are based upon actual people and events.
Then as I saw so many of the Japanese National and Military flag (the one at the right side of my blog) being hanged throughout the place, I just feel like GOING to Japan lorz. I think I mad liaoz. Even my family ppl think perhaps my previous life I was a Japanese. -_-'''

Haiz. How I wish indeed I am a Japanese citizen.

My this computer is farked-up lar. Make me like restart the comp like 10 times over and over again before it can function "NORMALLY". Wtf manz, I think must be the comp has too much virus liaoz.

Pissifying.

The POWER of MONEY

Yesterday I was waiting at the bus-stop outside my camp to take a bus to CCK MRT station when suddenly I saw one guy walking towards the bus-stop from the camp too...

Initially I thought I saw the wrong person only after a few seconds it took for me to adjust to the fact that someone has just fallen from grace. This guy used to be driving Merc or BMW Cars to camp very regualarly. But after having revoked his license for 1.5 years due to drunk driving, he has no other choice but to take public transport like many of us do. To him, he always feel that he has done NOTHING wrong even though it's quite clear cut he he has done wrong n needs to be punished. Using the excuse that he needs to FURTHER his studies to get his MASTER degree after NS is like a shield to help him reduced a supposedly "7 days SOL" to just a "7 days EXTRAs".

What does this show? The power of MONEY simply allows u to bend the rules and allow u to play thru the loopholes of all the rules and regulations. It's quite sad when u see that justice is not done against such ppl, but apparantly, there's nothing u can do. All u can do is to heave a sigh that who ask u to be forced to serve in this poor management organization whereby those ppl "up there" are just a bunch of idiots who are just so sick of doing the "right things" even though they know they should do, but in order to "save trouble + cover backside", they rather resort to ignorance and allow bad practices to flourish in the place. For these group of people "up there" are going to work for perhaps 20 years or more, would they risk their career for such trival stuff? But most importantly, I feel that it is because these small group of people have grown sick and tired of their jobscop that they can't be bothered to improve on the system. All they have in their mind is to serve for the sake of MONEY so that they can support their family, their spouse and children and parents etc.

In order to support the above-mentioned statement, I did ask around this "group of ppl" that's gonna work for like till they retire, and I asked them did they choose to work because of the interest or money, and it seems like almost 100% of them say that of cuz it's because of money due to circumstances to support their family/earn a living that's y they choose to pick this "iron rice bowl".

And what happenes as a result? These "large group of ppl" inclusive of me that's like just going to work in this organization for just 2 years suffer under the hands of these "minority group that works permenantly till they retire". What to do? I'm not a rich kid. If I am, I can choose to migrate and stuff like that, but too bad I am not. So what's the morale of the story again?

Money does make the world spins!
I was SOOOOOOOOOO bored that I rented 2 DVDs for watch just now. One was "Letters of death", a thai movie, then the other one was "Sinking of Japan". Hmmm.. Both are quite boring lorz. The horror movie was like not scary at all. Then the Japanese movie was like some documentary lorz, talking abt so much science n maths n technology. Omanz, I nearly fall asleep watching both....

But since I really have NOTHING to do, perhaps I should juz rent even more DVDs to watch.

Finally I have changed my blogskin after procrastinating for like so long. Generally I like this blogskin much bettter because I get to put youtube videos and get to see them clearly w/o compromising the size of it as compared to some blogskins that have like very narrow "space" for ppl to read. So this is definitely better. Although is more plain than before, but I guess it's much more organised and that's all that matters.

And I think it's time I get down to revising for my JLPT4 exam for goodness. I have not touched any Japanese matierials since like 2 months ago and now I'm only left with exactly 7 weeks till JLPT4. Hopefully there is still enough time to "mug" for my exam.

16 weeks or so till ORD. Seems like time is finally passing "abit faster".

Today's driving was like SOOOOOO MUCH better than the previous lessons. I was basically able to blend into the traffic well and I NEVER STALL ENGINE! Lolx. Hopefully can maintain or even become better in subsequent lessons...

So yesterday went to NTU go find Jingwen. Haiz, I'm such a BAD navigator, don't even know where is where, just playing merry-go-round. Basically when I was in the NBS block, there were like so many students occupying all the study benches in the "study rooms" and all busy mugging lorz. Okay arz, I think exams coming liao arz. Then everyone was like walking just so fast, then I think I was like some "lao ah pek" strolling n looking around lorz. Indeed I could feel that the pace of life is very fast in university, compared to the SLACK tpjc. I go there a few hours I could feel the "pressure/stress" just by looking at the other students lorz, let alone of I am really one of them. And I come to one conclusion: "I don't look forward to Uni!" Life's gonna be tough and sianz when back to those MUGGING life.

Then later went to the NTU popular bookstore near the NBS block there. Basically ALL the university textbooks regardless what courses are being sold there. As Jingwen was showing me some of the "potential" TBs that I will be using next time, WAH KAOZ LORZ, it's like so wordy. Cuz I basically just flip the textbooks quickly n see lots n lots of WORDS and ENDLESS graphs + maths equations, with VERY LITTLE pictures lorz. Wah laoz, I was expecting maybe can be like alot of pictures but sadly don't have. And of cuz the ENGLISH that they use in those accouting/finance textbooks were like @#$%^&*(. I think I will need to use Longman dictionary very often next time. And the fact that my English has like worsened tremendously while in Army interacting with all the brainless assholes, considering as well that my English is already like FAILED standard before army. Gosh, I think next time I will have difficulty communicating with most ppl in Uni, and I will need to like read the lect notes 20 times over and over again before I can understand?

Haiz. Can't I just nua forever?

Today's 2nd driving lesson was like hmm...

The instructor said we shall learn at Changi (SAF Terminal) there.. Okay, fine. So I hopped onto his car n he barely drove for like 5 minutes when he reached just outside of TJC. Then he asked me to get out n then take over for the rest. I was like "WAH LAOZ, so many vehicles, sure die"

Anyway, I really DREAD stopping car at the junction because I'm like so "GOOD" at making the engine stall. Gosh. So everytime I just pray for green light. Okay lar, I ended up stalling the engine 2 or 3 times only, NOT as bad as during my first lesson. The route from bedok to EXPO, passing the industrial estates and towards changi was like so @#$%^&*

As you all know, talking abt industrial estate, obviously u will expect those SUPER BIG vehicles carry donno tons of sand to keep driving around tt place. So yaz, it was quite scary to be driving past these vehicles lorz, like anytime if there's really a collision, of course me n my instructor will die first, since my vehicle is like SO SMALL compared to theirs.

And I realised that I take like AGES to start my engine at the junction whe the green light appears, and making ppl behind me HORNING at me if not they simple juz change lane looking at how freaking SLOW I'm driving. QUite pek cek when want to move off at junction lar. If release too fast the engine stall. If I release TOOOOOOOOOO slowly then ppl behind me will be like horning at me. Sucks. I think I really must learn to train myself in this part.

And as my intructor mentioned, he say I got ALOT of energy but pls drive gently. When I change the gear clutch, I was like so violent until majiam the whole gear lever is gonna get pulled out by me. Then when my instrutor suddenly asked me to stop by the side, I will juz turn the signal then I drive to the side road and "ZAM" the whole brake as if I'm gonna knock into smth in front, and obviously that leads to me and my instructor leaning forward by SO MUCH. This is BAD BAD BAD lorz. Maybe starting I was too tensed lar, cuz towards the 2nd half of the lesson, I was able to brake quite smoothly. Lolx. And when I left-turn, I'm able to make the turn by myself but I basically land up in some other lane. Wah kaoz, and of cuz I must LEARN that I must always turn towards the correct lane and not happy happy juz go to any lane although there's no car approaching.

And when I finally drove past SAF terminal, I was like reminded of army. Nvm, then I continued driving to changi village there then sumhow I landed myself at Selarang Camp. -_-''' Donno y I keep passing-by so many camp premises. Then I drive back to somewhere at Expo there again before my driving instrutor say we shall call it a day and we switch back. FInally lorz. I was like so happy when the lesson ends and the instructor took over. But the instructor was telling me I was "better" than some of his female students at my current progress. Wahhaz, donno true anotz. I think is cuz I too violent liaoz, then I juz dare to do anything tt my instructor asked me to do as compared to some gals who r simply juz scared to do anything that he instructs, according to him. Lolx.

And as my friends were telling me a few months ago, when u start learning driving, u will tend to keep going to cars websites and look at all those brand new stylish cars wishing that u own them. N yes, that was what I do basically this WHOLE saturday afternoon, looking at all the Honda, Toyota, Nissan and many other car websites... And looking at the car images juz make me feel so "high" lar. But when I looked at the price, it basically knocked me back to reality; "WEI YANG, STOPE DAY-DREAMING FOR GOODNESS SAKE". Haiz.

As according to the new immigration procedure for entering Japan, all foreigners entering Japan starting next month will need to be fingerprinted and photographed at the immigration control.

Some officers are just damn mother fucker.

From morning 8am to 5pm, WHOLE day I so free then don wan to give me work. Fine, so basically I was just wasting time away the WHOLE day and waiting for 5pm to come so I can just book out.

Then came 5pm and I was getting ready to BOOK OUT when suddenly one officer saw me and my friend and say "Hey, I need the 2 of u to help me do up SOME charts(it's like 60 of charts). I need u all to go print out from the comp, go blow up to A3 size, go and laminate, then go and cut away the excess blank portion to save space and then to paste on the cardboard and then to punch holes and tie them up."

Basically my jaws dropped.

Can u farking imagine 2 person doing up like 60 charts. Fucks man. And thanks to him, I missed my dinner, working from 5pm straight till 12am until I finally just FINISHED up these whole damn boards. And my friend went back first at 11pm even though it was very late but since he lives nearby so it's okay. And of cuz it's quite reatrded if I were to go back becuz firstly no one would be left to help out and travelling from Lim Chu Kang to Kembangan at such hours is no joke. And best of all, that officer simply just left at like 9+pm to go have his rest leaving the 2 of us to rot. Omanz, fucker. Never even bother to help out and ask how r we doing. Only know how to laugh and smile when u approach ppl for help. Nabei. Go to hell man. Next time I will just siam siam SIAM away from this particular officer. I think ALL the officers can do such work themselves EXCEPT him.

And today I just got 2 more extra duties. O fucks. Why am I so suay nowadays? Haiz, but to be frank, I wasn't really "sad" when I know I sign extras. No, not tt I love getting extras. But then the thought of just 4 blardy more months gives me some kind of "self-consolation". As I was thinking, since it's just 4 more months, I shld just let them whack me with lotsta duties, wan to squeeze me DRY or watz I also don care. Burn my weekends lorz. I shall tahan till Feb and fark off.

Want me to make it compulsory some ORD dinner and pay $120? Fine, I will pay. But over my dead body will I attend such retarded function.

First Driving Lesson

So I had my FIRST driving lesson just now. -_-'''

Okay arz, the place where I had my lesson was pretty good as there's basically NO vehicles around and I got to practise driving w/o fear of ppl horning n cursing at me. So first lesson was basically learning to move off, changing gear from 1 to 3, and learning to stop the vehicle. I think I must learn to be more gentle with my force, as throughout the lesson, the instructor was like telling me I step SO HARD on the brake as if I "buey song" or watz. Piangz. I didn't expect the brake and accelerator to be "so sensitive" lorz.

Just like anyone who started learning, u know, I committed the mistake of "engine stall" while starting off many times until I think the instructor was also quite "pek cek" with me. But towards the end, I was able to fine-tune my legs movement to prevent such thingyi from happening. And ya, I realised that I like got hearing problems when the instructor talk to me. Driving round and round the road that encloses the Singapore Indoor STadium + Big Carpark is so much fun. But when I was like told to drive around there almost like 10 times, I was like so sianz 1/2 cuz is basically playing "merry-go-round" seeing the same old things. And yaz, I ALWAYS forget to put my signal until my instructor must remind me like so many times when making turns.

And the GREATEST error of all that I made today, I can actually remove my hands from the steering wheel while switching my direction signal indicator. Piangz. This is so jialat lar. And ever since then, I forced myself to HOLD the steering wheel so tightly throughout the rest of my driving until the instructor was like telling me to relax arz, the steering wheel is not gonna fly off or anything. But overall, I think I was more or less able to "condition" my legs when moving off or stoping. And yes, I MUST REMEMBER THAT MY LEFT LEG SHOULDN'T BE USE FOR STEPPING ON BRAKE PEDAL, IT IS SOLELY FOR CLUTCH PEDAL!!!

God knows how I pass my Final Theory Test. Next lesson this coming Saturday Morning.
