45 minutes to 2008! Okay lar, although now Japan already New Year liaoz, cuz they one hour ahead of Singapore time. -_-'''
Very irritating arz? Always talk abt Japan.
So maybe like most ppl, I should just list down a few resolutions that I have for yr 2008. Hmm... Let me think:
1) ORD IN PEACE! (This 1 very impt lorz)
2) Quit smoking before I ORD, aka before CNY (VERY IMPORTANT lar, cuz I estimated I have spent abt 1K just on cigarettes this yr? And I know it's bad Bad BAD for health lar... -_-''')
2) Can proceed on to get ready and do well for JLPT3 in Dec 2008. (Okay lar, I also don't know can pass JLPT4 anotz. I think even if fail, I also can't be bothered n shall just work harder for JLPT3. Lolx.)
3) Pass my driving test on 1st or 2nd attempt. LOLX.
4) Earn abit of money before Uni starts. (This 1 very impt lorz, cuz I simply waste too much money liaoz)
5) Learn to be thrifty (Very impt also, cuz I don't have a habit of saving and tt's BAD lar)
6) Start Uni afresh, get to know more friends. (Fuckers can just get lost.)
7) I shall do well in Accountancy. No matter what, I shall MUG MUG MUG very hard to do well. For my future perhaps to be able to apply scholarship for post-grad studies in Japan.
Okay lar, disgress abit. Although now u all may think like I haven't even start Bachelor's degree, want to think of MBA, like so far-fetched. But wellz, I guess among ALL the possible solutions that I can think of (together with Mengyang, Dennis, JingWen and Xueli, thanks arz guys for giving me valuable opinions), I think the BEST + cost efficient + save time solution is really this:
Study 3 yrs in NTU get an Accountancy degree, at the mean time I will force myself to absorb as much Japanese Language as possible in this period of time. Build up my foundation in Japanese in Singapore first, so go over there won't suffer that much. So firstly, I save time cuz Japan Uni is 4 yrs arz. Then also save money because (i) Study Japanese in Singapore is MUCH cheaper and (ii) At least when I go over to Japan don't have to start from scratch, so can save alot of money in terms of attending shorter duration of Japanese Language lessons in Japan as compared if I were to go now. (With a pathetic JLPT4 standard? -_-''')
Likewise, according to JingWen and Xueli, can apply wat overseas exchange programme go Japan study one sem or watz, like quite fun horz. And also, I think every yr got those career fairs n stuff in NTU then I can try finding potential employers from MNCs such as Big4 abt overseas posting or I think some company can also sponser the employee to study Masters in Japan if ur deg is good or performace is good? Like so good horz? Owellz, so bottomline is:
1) STUDY WELL FOR ACCOUNTANCY!
2) STUDY WELL FOR JAPANESE LANGUAGE!
Although perhaps it will be quite hard to juggle between Uni studies and Japanese (as they r 2 totally diff stuff), but I guess is really all about proper time management and willing to put in the extra effort. When people get to play, I will make use of the time to study Japanese. So saying this, I guess I won't be staying in hall or joining any CCA bahz. Afterall, staying in hall also must take part in hall activities. Join CCA also must give commitment to attend weekly. So mentioning that, I shld perhaps make use of the time for hall/CCA activities to study Japanese instead.
Alamak, I like talk too much liaoz. Owellz, just hope that 2008 is a good year to start with! Although it may not be easy when Uni starts, but with a clear goal, I shall press on no matter what I may face. For my future, I shall work hard! Hope all those around me will have a smoot-sailing year too!
