Sometimes I DON'T KNOW is it just me or is it just my unit. Some want to go for operation, some want to downgrade, some say want to see counselling liaoz and even 3SG also say he want go see psychiatrist liaoz.
Sometimes I just wonder why ppl can survive through SISPEC or even OCS but they will all just die here.

When "MR TAN" left, everyone was like so HAPPY and it's like end of Occupation kind of feeling. And everyone was just hoping for a BETTER life thereafter.
And like just barely one month this "MR TAN" left come this Mother Fucker. (Nope, this mother fucker obviously not taking over "MR TAN's" position. He just got some more IKAN BILLIS on his arms there. Whatever.
Why must he like CONTROL us like WORST than recruits in BMT? Knn man!? Want to cut 4-2? HELLO!? U okay mahz? Even company line rifleman also never cut 4-2 then u now want all the CLERKs or STOREMANs or whatever to cut 4-2? U crazy arz? Even my S1 and Chief Clerk or Dys1 wants us cut like that, u wan us to cut like that>? U think u big fuck arz?
And obviously he doesn't seem to understand that HQ is a totally different game from Company Line. Frankly speaking, everyone knows that. U have to abide by the HQ style, and don't u like control us like some fuck recruits. And stop threatening us like "If anyone of you dare to defy me, it's equivalent to you knocking youself onto the wall. The wall will stay but you will fall."

And stop saying from NOW onwards everything have to report to you. What MC, med appt, off, leave, REPORT SICK etc etc also must report to you. You think S1, S2, S3, S4, QM, RP, Medical centre is platoon 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 izzit? Wtf!? Everything also want BLACK AND WHITE!? Wah kaoz, then for what fuck we report to Chief Clerk or Dys1 or S1? Don't say until what want to "CROSS-TRAIN" us to learn to do duty-clerk, COS and guard duties all at one go? U think u diversifying business izzit? U want clerks go do guard duty then those ah bengs with lots of tatto to be duty clerk? Are you stupid or insane?
And this week the outfield I think he's like asking for a beating lar. Let's just name this fucker "XXX". A conversation between this "XXX" and a 3SG.

And your email is disgusting. U shld know that every branch has different working environment and we never bother to mix with other ppl. Stop saying things like "I want the WHOLE HQ to bond like brothers" or wat must have high morale and then sommore say want to plan whole HQ outing together. PLS LAR. Sometimes we just don't know he's fucking stupid or insane lar. My S1 told us that both he and the OC(S4) feel that maybe he's still "YOUNG" and got that "PASSION" but will soon give up when he realised that the system in HQ is different from that of Coy Line. He should know that a different approach is required. Haiz. Fucker lar. AND WE ARE LIKE GUINEA PIGS FOR HIM TO EXPERIMENT WITH TILL HE EITHER GIVES UP OR MAYBE HE WILL USE A HARSHER APPROACH IF WE DON'T COMPLY!?
